Listen to relaxing music often.
Drink less coffee and more tea. Some teas are known to be relaxing. Take time for yourself. Take time to relax, to drink a cup of tea while listening to music from time to time.
Yes, you can always do that if you want to. Sometimes, you have to learn to say: No! I stop here for now. Now I need to relax. And do it for half an hour or more. The time to let go of the pressure. This time will not be wasted. Quite the opposite. This will give you energy so you will end up winning time in the end… Without stress.

You have to remember that you are responsible for your health, for your life and for your happiness.
